Orders ship from Melbourne, Australia, with orders typically arriving within 1–5 business days of dispatch, depending on the chosen service. During the peak Holiday Season, please allow up to 3 additional business days for fulfilment and delivery.
We plan to expand worldwide by 2027.

- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) $11 - {Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250}
- Express Shipping (1-3 business days) $15 - {Free Express Shipping on orders over $300}
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier delays during peak periods, but we'll always provide tracking so you know exactly where your order is.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the label has been created. If you would like to make changes to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCEL
Lovae is not liable for lost or stolen items once the carrier has proof of delivery. Please contact the shipping courier (Australia Post) directly who are responsible for delivery. Have your tracking details ready so they can provide you with the most up to date information.
